I have completed all the badges required for the PCA Cohort, will these badges not reflect in The Arcade points?

If they are Skills badges, they will count. Any other ones, like Completion badges, will not.

Yeah they are skill badges but are not reflecting in the Arcade. 

Also, how do I see how many Aracade Points I posses?

The official number of collected Arcade points is sent once per month in the Arcade newsletter. Occasionally, you may find points calculators published by various people, but they are not officially endorsed by Google. Finally, you can count your points as the number of Arcade game badges and pairs of Skills badges acquired since Jan 2024.
