Hello, every one. I cannot log in using the student account provided by the experiment. After the privacy window is opened, I have to enter the phone number for verification. Even if I enter the phone number and get the verification code, the verification will not succeed. This happens in multiple laboratories, which makes it impossible for me to conduct any experiments. I have sent two emails to report this matter, and it has been more than ten days, but I have not received any response. Please help, thank you.

I am very happy to share that the issue with logging into Google Skills Boost labs using temporary accounts has now been resolved on my end!

I wanted to post an update and express my sincere gratitude to everyone who offered help and support on this thread.

A big thank you to the Google Skills Boost Support Team for their assistance and suggestions, including the recommendation to reinstall Chrome.

Thank you to @RAOKS for pointing me to the similar post by @nozomi_azure and for your general help.

And a special thank you to @nozomi_azure for sharing your insights on regional connections, which gave me valuable direction.

Following the suggestions received, particularly the recommendation to reinstall Chrome and making a change to my Internet Service Provider (ISP), I am now able to successfully use incognito browser windows and log into the lab environments with the temporary credentials without encountering the previous verification issues.

Thank you all again for your invaluable help and support throughout this challenging process. Your contributions were greatly appreciated.

The issue appears to be resolved for me now.
