Received wrong points in arcade insider mail, also no link provided

Very disappointed with Google Arcade Team. 

my points was 35 and is still showing 35 in arcade prize calculator. 
But my email says 34 only.

also there is no link provided, only unique id

what to do??

Help before goodies go out of stock.
