I have a simple doubt that is, Can I post any YouTube video through insert link option so that I can give everyone an instant solution please tell me.

As I have posted 2 videos regarding the Arcade Novice tier unboxing in a shorts but I have posted it yesterday still not visible in community.

So just tell me that providing YouTube videos or links ar banned here

No you can't share the YT video links in the community. If you try to do so after certain number of warnings and link removals from post your account might be restricted or banned from community as well.
