Running a Dedicated Ethereum RPC Node in Google Cloud the lab show the error and automatically end

Hi, I'm having an error with this lab: running a dedicated Ethereum RPC node on Google Cloud. When doing my first check, my progress. The laboratory closes me with a message indicating that I have not followed the steps, and if I continue like this, my account would be blocked. I do the steps as it appears in the lab, but I don't know why it closes. It is my last lab to be able to finish that section 😕.

It still has an error, I contacted support and they were able to replicate the problem. They will send it (again) to the technical team to try to solve it. They could change this lab for another one, but anyway, we have to wait.

I am also facing the same issue. I connected with chat support they say lab is working fine. The provide me steps in mail to complete this lab. With their steps also i face this problem and my lab ended in between with warning of inappropriate behaviour and I have not followed the steps, and if I continue like this, my account would be blocked.

Found a workaround solution for this: Create a VM with the E2 machine type, then complete all the tasks except Task 1. Check and progress through the tasks. At the end, stop the VM instance, change its machine type to n2-standard-4, and start the VM again. As soon as the VM starts, click on 'Check Progress' for Task 1, and it will complete Task 1.

While creating VM
in Identity and API access, access scopes

check Allow full access to all Cloud APIs

I got the same issue after the VM creation. I ended up reaching the maximum retries and gave up the entire challenge.

Some updates from Qwiklabs support: They said the lab instruction has been updated and they were able to pass the lab. 

I tried again and FAILED at the steps to create VM instance as I'm not following the instructions. 😶
