Just wanted to check if anyone here knows how to get in touch with the Google Arcade team. I haven’t received my advance swag kit yet and was hoping to get an update or tracking info.
If anyone has any contact details or knows what to do, please help me out. Would really appreciate it!

I still didn't receive my swage for Champion milestone
Champion swags are processed by Whitesquare. Send mail to support@whitesquarein.com with your order ID, with subject , Reg: Google Arcade Champion swags. Send mail from google id which you have used for champion swags .

Same Here, Even I haven't received advanced swag kit till now.
Yesterday one of my friend received message with tracking info(DTDC) for Advance swag.
As shipments for Advance swags started, one by one will receive. Patience is key .

Same issue for me, It shouldn't take over 4 months to ship it. I've also emailed Printose but they just haven't replied. The company that Google used for the Certification swag earlier was much faster and far more reliable than what they use for the Google Cloud Arcade Swag.
One of my friend received advanced swags through DTDC from Printo. It shows they are shipping one by one as volume is huge , obviously printo has to give order to some other vendor with Hoodie size, T-shirt sizes etc.
There may be delay ,but they deliver . with lot of observation I am sharing this information.
Note: One more good news is now pritnto also sending mail after they give swags to courier . There are two options in mail , Track , My order.
In Tracking they are showing tracking information, Courier name and Docket no.
In My order , they are updating about dispatch, delivery, Docket no. etc.
Thank you Yugali ma'am @Yugali and printo for updating software as it will reduce lot of effort(In turn saves time) from Arcade learners.
So, please keep checking mails in "All mails". I found it is always safe to check mails in "All mails"
