You can enter I guess, you just need to use other college name

But for now the event has already ended you can participate in some other events in future, just wait for it.

Neither of anyone got their swags. It would be expected in between September and October. 

All of us are also excited 🤩🤗 let's hope it will arrive soonest as possible.

It is a once a year event that is only for Indian students, so you cannot
participate
You can participate in Qwiklabs events, as they are organized world-wide.
We will keep you posted, and you can follow Qwiklabs social media.
