Swags and milestone

I have a question regarding the milestone rewards. Your customer support informed me that I can only achieve one milestone. However, the website encourages participants to gain as many points as possible.

Because of this, I worked hard and earned 103 points, thinking I could redeem two milestones (60 points and 30 points). Now, I’m concerned about what will happen to my remaining points. Will they just go to waste?

I kindly request your team to consider offering some form of reward for the remaining points. I have invested a lot of time, effort, and patience to achieve this.

Additionally, I have an important question:

Will the rewards be available as combos, or will I need to select items individually? For example:

10 points for a bag 👜

5 points for a bottle 

5 points for stickers 🏷️

20 points for a t-shirt 👕

5 points for pens/pencils ✏️

???

Agree that website encourage to earn more and more points but its a basic thing to read the rules and regulations first if you are new in any event.
As you mention you have 103 points then you will get the swags of Premium+ Milestone only which uses 65 points and other points will be wasted and your points count will be 0 when new cohort of Jan 2025 will start.
For your last question, the swags will be in combo as they are in Milestone. No individual swags will be there due to Out of Stock issue in past events and to remove this issue they introduced this Milestone combo packs system.
