I participated in the arcade and was fortunate enough to receive the unique code associated with the prize, but unfortunately, I have not received the corresponding unique link to the arcade prize counter. This has left me unable to claim my prize. Please help i don't want my past 6 month's hardwork go into drains 

If your mail is in your SPAM Folder u will not see the link. In your mail click on not SPAM and then u should be able to see the link.

That is not the issue I had moved that from spam the issue is that there is no link in that mail at all , there Is just an unique code that is same for the certification vouchers code IMG-20231230-WA0001.jpg

I also got a voucher in 2 emails this morning, but I just received a new prize counter email with the right prize link. I think you should be getting it in some time as well.

Yes, this is the exact issue I am facing and I have 48 points. the code is not hyperlinked and unable to claim prizes. Most things will go out of stock 😞

In prize counter, there is Google Cloud Travel Mug not showing. Is there any issue or it will not available till 5th.

So If i collect office bag right now, and after some time collect travel mug then there no issue in that. Or after collect one item i can't collect another.

After you click submit you can't do anything..... You can only confirm your order once....

I've received the Prize Counter Prize Redemption Mail but what i see, there is no unique Order Link attached to that mail. A code to Certification Voucher is attached these instead of Unique order URL.

Also you can check I have earned 30 points, but in mail it's showing only 29 points

We were eagerly waiting for the opening of Prize Counter! Prize Counter was opened in early morning. but there is no Order Link specified in that mail, Instead of it, A unique cert voucher code specified! What type of glitch is this?? We can't Expect such type of Glitches from Google Cloud Arcade Team!

@Yugali  As per your post "separate email containing your cert voucher." is expected but I didnot get separate email.

If we say high rank in Cert Challenge is it this leaderboard or something else

Hello @Yugali , I have recieved mail to claim no cost credits. And in the email 

You have successfully accumulated a total of << Test Arcade Badges Earned >> Arcade Points, a true testament to your perseverance and passion. This time around, you could not quite manage to become eligible to claim a Google Cloud Swag. However, you have earned just enough points to get 200 GCSB credits worth $200!

 

Even my points are not mentioned and there is no mention on why I'm not eligible for claiming the swags as I'm pretty sure I met the criteria and had enough points for same. Kindly help address the issue.

 

Some swag is not show in my prize counter then how to I claim it for example I have 23 points and it's show in my prize counter and I want to claim a google cloud desk collective but it not show in my prize counter then how to claim it. Please reply me Pleaseeee

I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction and anger regarding the glaring discrepancies in the prize point allocation and availability on the Arcade 2023 platform. This entire experience has been a slap in the face to myself and countless other participants who dedicated the past six months to achieving these results.
Firstly, the discrepancies between the stated prize point values and those calculated by the official points calculator are completely unacceptable. This lack of transparency and accuracy undermines the entire foundation of the arcade competition and reeks of mismanagement.
Secondly, the constant generic responses from your chat support ("escalated issue," "dedicated team," "looking into matters") are utterly dismissive and insulting. We are not unreasonable children to be pacified with platitudes. We are dedicated participants who deserve respect and tangible solutions.
To add insult to injury, the delayed notification of prize eligibility and the subsequent depletion of desirable items within hours is a blatant disregard for our efforts. Is this truly how you value the commitment and loyalty of your participants?
Therefore, I demand immediate action in the following forms:
1. Immediate restocking of popular claimed items. It is unfair to offer prizes and then rip them away from those who earned them due to tardy distribution.2. Rectification of any discrepancies in awarded points. Those of us who have received inaccurate point totals deserve swift rectification and fair compensation for the lost opportunities.3. A public apology and explanation for these failings. Acknowledge the frustration and disappointment you have caused and outline actionable steps to prevent such occurrences in future events.
Please understand that this is not merely a complaint; it is a rallying cry from an entire community of dissatisfied participants. Failure to address these issues with urgency and accountability will not only result in widespread demotivation but also irreparable damage to your reputation.
I trust you will take this matter seriously and provide a prompt and satisfactory resolution.

Surely , i am not waiting for this moment.

You should make it clear , I have earned 25 points before 15th of December, but now the price counter mail says , I have earned only 24 points. What' should I do with this points now, if you made this clear earlier that , skills badges  might not be count towards the end. Then for sure , there's  no one going to ask or complaint about the points deduction.

Please look forward with these issues. And provide the solution for them , if not, I am sure many of them will not going to Participate again.

Thanks for the prize counter! Yes it is the moment I've been waiting for.  I enjoyed the programme and explored all kinds of tech that I would not have otherwise consumed.   Looks like I missed out on the certification voucher codes and will try harder next time.   Right now I don't want to miss out on a tea pot.

My hitch is that the printo form is not accepting UK postcodes.  The printo form insists postcodes must be numerical only with no alphabet characters.  I've sent a mail to the printo email address.   I can't be the only one with this problem.    I'm not sure whether to resolve the technical glitch myself quickly by putting the postcode on another line and zeroing the specified line.  Does anyone think swags are really liable to go out of stock or have a strategy for this?

Hey, @Yugali I didn't receive any mail regarding the prize counter.

If you're experiencing issues, consider creating a LinkedIn post and tagging event organizers. This way, people can become aware, and it could prompt Google Cloud to take action or make improvements for next year. Last year, everything ran smoothly.

I'm not sure if I was supposed to have received an e-mail regarding a cert voucher, but I haven't yet. Given the reported glitches, I would like for somebody to look into whether I haven't due to them and rectify the situation if applicable.

The kind of dedication of people getting 60 pts or more is simply mind-boggling. Far cry from my 43 points.

 

Google, I wish there are more discount offers for cert exams in 2024 just like the competitions without going through so much chores doing the QwikLabs. At least for CDL/ACE.
