Unable to Complete Arc1220 and Arc1222

While doing the lab it showing that i do not have permissions to proceed for these two labs 

Any assistance to complete these lab will be appreciated

There is a problem with these two Labs. For cloud run functions I and III ,  Eventarc API required, they have not given permissions to enable Eventarc API.. if we want to try other method also, they have not given permissions to create bucket.
