The most you are active on community higher is your rank, and this won't go down.

You start from community visitor then observer then participant I the II 

The last is participants V, highest given rank to a community member. It's nothing special anyone can get this rank

Probably starts from January 2023 and the main event that is GOOGLE CLOUD READY FACILITATOR PROGRAM 2023 it will start from April most probably and you will get to know by your respective college's GDSC club. Otherwise, you can ping me in April if your college do jot have any GDSC club.
