Urgent: Issue with Prize Delivery from Arcade Lab

Hello everyone,

My name is Aditya Kumar Mishra. I won a prize from participating in
your arcade lab, and I received an email to order my item, which I
successfully did. 

I waited for 2 months and then received a message from DTDC that my
item was out for delivery. I patiently waited for the delivery
person's call, but after 10 minutes, I got a message from DTDC stating
that my item was not delivered because the receiver refused delivery.

Upon receiving this message, I called DTDC customer care to ask why
this happened, as I did not receive any call from the delivery person.
They said they would track the issue. I also emailed DTDC about this,
and when I tracked my order again on the DTDC website, it showed that
my order was returned.

I have messaged printo about i also don't get any reply from them please can anyone help me i work hard for this and my prize has been return without asking me please help me

Contact the DTDC Office at your location and ask them to give you the package if they have sent it back then ask them to contact the place where it is at present and ask them to call you when it is at your place.

I already contacted my nearest DDTC. They said they can't do anything as they have sent the item back to the sender. You will need to ask the sender to deliver the item again so they can deliver it to you

Sad to hear this, I guess the dtdc partners are scamming you! Or the delivery guy. How can he raise return without contacting you.
