What means 0 spot remaining in arcade?

I consumed 4/5 attempts for the last challenge lab in CI/CD Arcade. I don't know why they fail so I just wonder is it because the 0 spot remaining prevents me from finishing the lab?

The Holiday Challenge: Automation with CI/CD Pipelines will end on 12/16/22, 10:29 AM ...
0 spots mean that... No new spots are left to enroll, but those who had enrolled previously can complete it before the quest ends. 
All labs are working fine in this challenge, Please make sure to follow all the steps correctly.
