Why are my arcade points suddenly reduced?

I had participated in Google Arcade Cloud Facilitator 2024 program and had earned advanced milestone till october month,2024 and now when l am checking my account, my points have been drastically reduced to 23 points and so l have lost my advanced milestone as well. Why have been my points deducted , can someone please help me get my points back.

You can reach out to Google Cloud support through the Google Cloud Skills Boost website. Just look for the question mark (?) icon in the top right corner. Clicking on it will open a menu where you can choose to either chat with a support agent or email them.

I recommend using the live chat option as it's faster and you can get immediate assistance.

@teju_teju there might be some error in the point calculated. Its better to reach out to the chat support to calculate the point for an accurate answer.

If you aren't part of facilitator program (july to sept) you won't get any
bonus points so I assume you have 23 points only , also always check arcade
insider emails as they contain official information and to read nicely all
instructions

also they haven't added bonus points of facilitator program donot worry your points are safe (if you have earned) .

I do have received mail from google cloud saying that l have achieved 2 milestones (advanced milestone)

Yes, I am part of July to sept facilitator program but l didn't complete any arcade game of Nov month but had completed august, sept, oct months' arcade games and when l had calculated , l did achieve advanced milestone as well when l had calculated and did receive bonus marks as  well

As i looked into your profile URL  have only completed for standard milestone with 23 point and bonus point of 3.  i.e. total of 26 points. So you can complete 8 more skill badges after 3rd off December to be eligible for advanced milestone tier swags. Hope I an able to solve your doubt 😊

Hi, so you having trouble in the point calculation. I advice you to go and use the "Arcade Calc" website to get better understanding of your points.

14 Game/Trivia Badges = 14 Points
18 SBs = 9 Points
Total = 23 Points

Bonus points = 3 (as you have completed only 16 SBs till Sept 27, 2024) only if you have enrolled in GCAF and received Bonus point count mail on Oct 05, 2024.

Total = 26 points

Earn 4 points to reach Advance Milestone.

To earn 4 more points do all the courses featured on Arcade page before Dec 03, 2024 it will not take more than an hour to complete all those courses.

Don't worry at all your points are safe and you can redeem them in December prize counter.
