just sign in cloud then click on ur profile check the public profile option then update setting

Just go to settings and scroll down to last from there's u can see option make profile public just click on it

No you can't change your public profile url at this time as in GCAF program it is already changed or updated till June 02, 2025 only that only through the form shared by GCAF team only. If you will change your public profile url at this time you might loose your points.
