certmetric is not working, I can not access and login after reset email

Hello Everyone 

Hello Everyone , I changed my mail in certmetric and then login again in https://cp.certmetrics.com/google/en/login

, And I got this message : 

specified email is used by multiple accounts.

I report this problem to https://support.google.com/cloud-certification/gethelp

It is not working for 4 hours , I cannot login  &  schedule my test ,no one there to help me. 😞 

My  request is (4449816)  , Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
