How to change/update Legal First&Last name in Webassessor profile

I have logged a case with: 
https://support.google.com/a/contact/certification

Webassessor/ Kryterion support is unable to change it and asked testing sponsor (google) to change it

But no response from google support.

any once with similar experience or resolution?

Stuck with a similar issue. Did you get any kind of response from Google Cloud until now ?

I have submitted my request in the morning and got a reply by evening on the same day. Use the same link and under Registration and Scheduling, file a complaint mentioning "Request to change legal name" in the subject. That should work.

I am facing same issue. I had registered using a voucher. Will the voucher still be applicable? No response from Google Cloud yet

no team will provide you new code with 70% of certification cost, or check with your employer to provide your new voucher with 100% amount,
