Yes, it can be done. But you can share only your own credits with someone. If you are in a credit share group, then you can not share the group credit, only what you owe you can share.

First click on your profile 

click on credits (whatever you have), it should look like this 

In my case I click on 780 credits(this is a shared group credits so I can not share it with anyone else).

Click on Share Your Credits with Friends 

there you can create a group 

Put name in Group Name and Email id whom with you want to share credits with in description and click update

Now you have created a Group

Click on it's name to share credits.

And enter the amount of credits you want to share

That's how you share credits of your cloud skills boost / Qwiklabs account credits with anyone.
