You will receive the mail when the order is dispatched. Many of them haven't got the tracking mail yet.

If you've claimed your prizes then you'll definitely get it by the end of JAN 2022. About tracking I'd, many recieved it after their prizes got delivered, so there's no point in waiting for tracking I'd according to me.
