looking for tutorials/videos to walk to workwith Google cloud?

I signed up with https://www.cloudskillsboost.google and innovator programs.

I am going thru some tutorials to get to speed to understand IDEs/approach. I am getting stuck with many permission issues such as

Missing permissions:
  compute.acceleratorTypes.list
  compute.diskTypes.list
  compute.machineTypes.list
  compute.subnetworks.list
  notebooks.instances.list

It said to grant the "Compute Viewer" role. This role grants read-only access to Compute Engine resources.

Eg:

Click "+ Add another role".
Select "Compute Engine" then "Compute Viewer" from the dropdown menu.
Click "+ Add another role"

I am not able to find compute engine role in my drop down.

I am looking for tutorials/videos to walk thru initial project/resource setting thru various components use etc.

Are there things available?

How do I find them?
