I last month only started google arcade program and was not able to subscribe to google arcade and now it's not showing on portal option to subscribe can anyone please give me the link to subscribe or any alternative to it.

Now you can't subscribe because the arcade season is end 

You can subscribe at the first of new year

I got a mail on the 12th of December saying I had earned 16 points. After that I earned 6 more points but I haven't got a mail confirming to that. I had subscribed just a week earlier. Is this supposed to happen?
