why i am not able to start the lab i am enrolled in learn to earn

I have done six lab's in level 1 and 2 in level 2 so far and trying to do more but the lab is not starting

now it is showing me this

The labs are not opening because the deadline is over. You had to enroll again on 16th if you want to access the labs and earn the badges.

will more spots will open on 24 Jan 2022 as early on 16th Jan can i apply then again
