Auto refresh not working

I have set the auto refresh interval to 15 min but still its doesn't auto refresh. I keep the dashboard open in another window while working on other things

LookerStudio doesn't support auto-refresh. If you mean you set the data in the resource to refresh every 15 minutes, this will happen in the background. The page itself would still need to be refreshed in the browser. You could install a browser extension to do this

Would depend on browser but if you're using Chrome you can search extensions library for auto-refresh and there will be plenty available to choose from

so u mean the if i display a dashboard without refreshing the page the data wont change right?

Yep that is correct, unless you refresh the page it won't change. LookerStudio isn't built to be a live refreshing dashboard as such not without external refreshing tools
