BigQuery Data Source Access Issue After @gtempaccount Email Change and back

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with Looker Studio after one of our shareholder’s emails temporarily changed to an @gtempaccount domain. After the email reverted back to the original address, I removed the @gtempaccount from the dashboard and re-added the original email again, but they still lost access to all BigQuery data sources in Looker Studio, despite the report being set to use Owner’s Credentials.

When trying to view the report, they receive an “Insufficient Permission” error for any BigQuery data source. However, other data sources like Google Analytics and Google Sheets are working fine. I’ve tried duplicating the dashboard, but the issue persists.

The rest of the team and anyone else with whom the dashboard is shared can see all the data without any issues. The problem seems to only affect this one user.

This problem started about a week ago, and nothing else has changed in the settings or permissions.

Has anyone encountered this before or know how to resolve it?
