Looker Studio doesn't support private IP connections to PostgreSQL on Cloud SQL.

Potential Workaround Tested: Enabling a Public IP with Authorized Network Access: This workaround assigns a public IP to PostgreSQL but restricts access to specific IP ranges, including LSP’s range (142.251.74.0/23).

Note: This solution may not be ideal for many customers who prefer not to expose their databases via a public IP, even with restricted access.
