Can't change time of day due to drop down not appearing.

There is no drop down menu appearing when clicking on the down arrow beside each dimension. Please can someone advise why this is? Thank you in advance.

Are you still experiencing this problem? I can click the down arrow and get other options, so I'm wondering if it might have been a temporary issue.
