Cannot use Extract Data function in Looker Studio Data Srouce.

Encouter the error of "Sorry, we encountered an error and were unable to complete your request." every time trying to extract data from MySQL database.

My college and I have exact same manager permission(highest), but he is able to use the function without problem, but I am having this error constantly. 

Please help.
