Case When statement with hyperlink() and image()

I want to only show the image() for a hyperlink() when the value in another column is not null. When I do this though it breaks the hyperlink(image()) effect and just shows the image url and the link url in text. Is there a way to only show this hyperlink image under certain circumstances uses a case when statement within a calculated field?
