ERROR Database config. Analytics

I'm trying to create a results table with metrics from a customized Key Event in Analytics, but I'm getting the following error:

"Dataset configuration error
Looker Studio cannot connect to your dataset.

Unable to obtain data from the underlying dataset."

Does anyone know how can I fix it? This metric is already part of the database; it's not a custom or calculated field and I don't have the same error with other fields.

The error "Dataset configuration error Looker Studio cannot connect to your dataset" when trying to create a custom key event in Analytics within Looker Studio likely means there's a problem with how your data source is set up, either due to incorrect permissions, a faulty connection, or an issue with the custom event definition in your Analytics setup itself. 

You can try confirming that the custom event name and any parameters you're using in Looker Studio match exactly how you've defined them in your Analytics setup. You can also try refreshing your data source fields in Looker Studio.
