I am in a situation in which the several components of a query that I need to run on Looker come from different databases. When establishing the connector, it is prompted to select a database, but afterwards it says that the data base was not properly configured and I suspect this is where the problem lies. Is there any way to circumvent this?
Looker is intended to connect to a single database per connection. Depending on your use case, you could create connections to multiple databases and merge the results on a Looker dashboard using the merged results functionality described here. There are limitations - a 5000 row result limit, for example.
