We have around 10 control filters (report level) at the top of every page on a looker studio dashboard. We have enabled publishing settings on the dashboard and we notice that when we do some changes and publish them, suddenly the control filter section is gone and is empty. we notice that the control filters are available on an earlier version history which we published earlier, but this is not available on the latest published version. Has anyone noticed this happening ?

HI @PrashanthS, thanks for your post!
Sometimes controls can disappear behind other report components - is it possible that this could be occurring on your report? You can also double-check that the Make report-level setting is enabled to make a control visible on every report page. More details about this setting and how to access it is on the About controls documentation page.
If this is still not working, you can fill out a bug report to let our team know. The instructions to submit the bug form can be found here: https://support.google.com/looker-studio/answer/13606940
