Decimal Precision missing?

Hi, 

I noticed since the updated format that 'decimal precision' is missing from the style tab for data label. I see it when I have the 'data label' as number but when I toggle that to 'percentage' it disappears and doesn't let me change the decimal point. Not sure why it would show for 'number' and not 'percentage.' Am I missing something? I've always just adjusted the decimal precision there.
