Do Viewer users need to have a Looker Studio Pro license to view Looker Studio Pro reports?

1) If I create a report using Looker Studio Pro and assign Viewer access to 100 users. Do all Viewers need to have a Looker Studio Pro license? 

2) If Viewers don't need a Pro license, will the report load faster for them than if I create the report using the free version of Looker Studio?

3) Can users that are not in my organization view my Looker Studio Pro reports?

1) No

2) No

3) Yes

You can subscribe to Looker Studio Pro for 1 user, that could be consider as an admin, and test all your use cases. The users not in your organization or not under LSP license will just not access to the features specific to LSP but LS ones only.
