Dynamic Calculated Field based on date Control

Hi. I am trying to add a calculated Field to get the dynamic value when using the date control. My output is to get the Weighted Target value based on the date control.

For example, 

Day	Task	Target	Weight %	Weighted Target
1	180	180	97.30%	175
2	5	42	2.70%	1
Total	185		100%	176

if my date control is Day 1 only, the Weight Target should show 180
