Empty data in stacked vertical bar char

Hi there, 

I'm having troubles (since I've update to "modern chart") with my stacked vertical bar chart because I have "empty" holes in my graph (and it's not due to the color of the dimension).

And some data are not OK.

When I switch to a table, everything is OK but in this stacked vertical bar char, it seems not to interpete data correctly

Am I the only one to have this issue ? any guess on how to solve it ?
