How to Prevent Empty Tables in Looker Studio When Using Google Sheets as Data Source

I'm building a dashboard in Looker Studio to track bed availability using Google Sheets as the database, which is populated through Google Forms submissions. I've set up four tables for data display:

  1. Wad Melur Hospital Sik (Lelaki)
  2. Wad Melur Hospital Sik (Perempuan)
  3. Wad Melur Hospital Yan (Lelaki)
  4. Wad Melur Hospital Yan (Perempuan)

For example, if I submit a Google Form for Wad Melur Hospital Sik (Perempuan) at 10 AM, the data shows up correctly in the table. However, if I submit a new entry for Wad Melur Hospital Sik (Lelaki) at 11 AM, the new data appears in the table, but the previous data for Wad Melur Hospital Sik (Perempuan) no longer shows up. I believe this happens because new rows in Google Sheets are being entered with empty cells.

How can I ensure that all data is displayed correctly without empty tables appearing when new data is added?

For example, in the dashboard for Wad Melur Hospital Sik (Perempuan), it's showing the recent data is on the 13th of October.

However, when I submit new entry on Forms > Sheets, the actual recent data is supposed to be on the 11th of November.
