I have a strange issue with the filter and summary rows

When I apply the filter on one column, I get a summary null, and if I use the filter on another column from the same table, I get the correct summary rows

here you can see the problem. I used a simple OR filter

and didn't get the summary rows.

Here, I change the column I filter and get the summary rows.

To clarify, is the non-summary data showing up correctly in both cases? And the only difference is whether the summary row is null?
