No, there is no limit on the number of dashboards.

Creating a large number of dashboards is not an issue as our infrastructure is highly scalable. Number of simultaneous report viewers depends on the data source used and the way it’s configured - typically, the bottleneck is fetching data from the source system, not Looker Studio itself. We recommend using owner’s credentials or a service account for reports with many simultaneous users to maximize our ability to cache data.

There are limits on the number of components that can be added to each page in a report to ensure reports load quickly. If performance is poor for a particular page, try reducing the number of components.
