Language settings not working

I've created a report using a language, now the report needs to be shared with people from other countries/languages. However, switching the language in Google Accounts, the looker report does not switch.

As a general rule of thumb all loooker assets language adjust to users language selected in a chrome browser/google account.
Any custom text, like text fields, data axis, field names, chart titles will stay exactly same as you have created them - they won't be translated.

Switched the browser to English, I still see assets in Italian.

Just to clarify, also standard field names, that is, non-custom (e.g. sessions, users, etc.) are not translated:
