Does anyone else work for a school system that could help? I have been using Looker for almost two years now. Last night (4/14/25) all of my reports lost access to all data sources. Has this happened to anyone else? I can use my personal gmail to create reports but not my school account.

I work for a school system - As of 4/18/25, I've had an issue where all of our dashboards say "Looker Studio cannot connect to your data set" despite trouble shooting. Is this the issue you're having?

Yes, this is exactly what is going on with mine! Have you reported anything? My district has reported it, but Google doesn't make it real easy to contact support without an admin account. My district thinks it's a server issue. I can use it on a hotspot that my district provided me, but nothing is available to my viewers. Looker has saved my life, and we currently serve over 100 schools that depend on it. I am in Alabama. Where are you?

When choosing a responsive appearance, I can not modify properties for the chart? Looker only shows page properties, not Chart properties?

Please fix this bug asap.

We are still having issues with connecting data sources. How can we get this issue resolved?

I too am also seeing issues with this. The appsheet connector specifically for the last bunch of days is either not connecting...or it will connect sporadically. i was not able to connect at all but then i was able to do a refresh connection and it seemed to connect properly. It seems kind of random. When i do get errors i see:

School district employee -- we're having the same issues too. I've rebuilt a few from scratch and the same issues occur. My personal dashboards (from my @gmail.com address) connect with no problem.

We are at a loss. My tech department has been spending more time with me than ever before trying to help. We are also willing to pay, but everything I am reading is that we shouldn't need the paid version. We have started researching other platforms. Right now, we are thinking AirTable or Tableau are our best options. I just hate to have to train over 100 schools on a different platform.

Have you found a solution? We are in the same situation. Personal dashboards from personal Gmail work, but not the school Gmail connection to Looker.

Do you all use Google Workspaces? We have tried everything and so has our tech department.
