Looker Studio Report Access without username and password

Hi Team,

Is there a way to embed looker studio reports without the need to enter username and password may be using some tokens?

I want to load the reports on a bigger screen via an external application in presentation mode for people to see. 

Kindly share step by step process to set it up if possible.

Note: Making the reports public is not an  option.

In the standard version of Looker Studio, you have the following sharing options:
1. Restricted (Restricted): Only specific people can access the report, and you’ll need to add viewers manually.
2. Anyone with the link (Unlisted): This allows anyone with the link to access the report.
3. Public on the web (Public): The report becomes discoverable on the internet (Should be used with caution).
4. Organizational sharing: If you’re using Google Workspace or Looker Studio Pro, this option lets you share reports within your organization or teams.
If you're using the standard version of Looker Studio, the best option for broader sharing is ‘Anyone with the link - (Unlisted)’. While it’s not the most secure, it ensures that your report isn’t publicly searchable online. It also allows anyone to view the report without needing a username or password.
Make sure to enable report embedding if you plan to add it to an external website. In conclusion, if your report contains sensitive information that could harm your organization’s reputation if accessed by the wrong people, Restricted sharing is your safest bet. Yes, it may be tedious to add viewers individually, but it gives you full control over who can see your report.
