Looker Studio trouble loading data

Hi Community, 

I have been using Looker for over two years and have never seen this issue. Unexpectedly, the charts are having trouble loading the data. It just started today around 2 PM AEST. The data sources are GSC and GA4. Is anyone facing this right now? Any help would be much appreciated.

Sorry for the trouble. Can you safely (without exposing any PII or sensitive information) share a sample report that reproduces the problem? Or give us some steps we can try here? Thanks!

I also have this problem, after I added new columns to my database (google sheets - AY-BE columns). Could this error happen due to the number of columns I am using in the spreadsheet or is it a bug?
Whenever I try to reconnect my database it loads forever and doesn't update, the same thing happens when I just do it with fields.

Hei!

I see the same problem in our client reports. Some pages load fast, some just fail. I checked out data sources and they all look good. We have also not made any recent changes to the reports.

In the developer console I see

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 504 () batchedDataV2:1

Same issue, emailed reports blank, on webpage very slow load or errors out, fastest today 4min 39 sec.

The same issue persists: sometimes reports load, but at other times, a Looker system error appears.

Is anyone else experiencing issues with Looker Studio today? It’s not loading at all for me, and I’ve tried different browsers, and clearing cache with no success. Just want to check if this is a widespread issue or something on my end. Thanks in advance!

I'm also having issues. None of my reports are loading the data. I don't get a system error, but they keep loading in an endless loop.

Hi we are experiencing the same issue across multiple reports. Most are stuck in an endless loading loop that doesn't resolve. Those that do return a vague 'system error' message. Seeing this more for data sources like Funnel/Google Ads. Google Sheets/BigQuery seem to be less affected.

My older reports have not been functioning since November 1st. They keep loading until the following error message appears.

“We are sorry, Looker Studio is not available right now. Please try again later” . Could you please provide some guidance on this issue?

I am also facing the same issue. I'm located in Latvia, Europe.

For me it started from yesterday, but it quickly shifted to an outage today. I can't leave pretty much any of my dashboards today since earlier in the morning!

I am having the same issues. Initally I thought it was just for the data that wasn't nativly from google. But then I got the error message "System Error"

I can see some of my dashboards are now back and started pulling data normally. 

if you still having an issue, try to reconnect the data source or try changing the date range from date picker which will try to pull the data again.

This happens to us too, fairly regularly. It is random and often can't be replicated. MySQL, Google Cloud for MySQL, both seem to be breaking. What happens usually is that the charts/tables work for me when I create them but other people on the team get a System Error.
