Looker seems to be down

Good morning!

Is the platform going any mantinance process?

When opening a dashboard, looker takes a lot of time thinking and then opens with everything broken.

This is the best resource available I think from Google, but because Studio has such a broad public userbase, this website is also a good place to check if the problem is local to you, or if there is a broader issue with the product itself.

Assuming you're talking about Looker Studio (not Looker?)

I am seeing the same issue but don't see any announcements on the Service Health page.

We are experiencing instability in Looker Studio. Reports are not loading correctly, showing excessive slowness, issues with chart rendering, and, in some cases, failing to open entirely.

The issue affects multiple users and occurs consistently, impacting data analysis and tool usability. We have tested different networks and browsers, but the problem persists.

We would like to know if there is any known instability in the platform or an estimated resolution time.

We appreciate any updates on this matter.

Same problem for me! I am unable to access any dashboards, as the loading screen is displayed indefinitely.

Please investigate this issue as soon as possible. Our team relies on Looker Studio for critical business insights, and this outage is impacting our ability to make data-driven decisions.

I'm also experiencing slowdowns in Looker Studio. So far no incidents on the "Google Cloud Service Health" page, if anyone can continue updating, we would be grateful (Brazil)

Same problem, more than an hour.
The official status shows that it is operating normally, but there are several reports that it is not, support asks redundant questions as always, avoiding solving the problem as much as possible.

Hello everyone, I'm experiencing the same issue here. Not only are my own dashboards affected, but even the example dashboards won't load. The official Looker Studio page is very slow for me, and this severely disrupts our ability to share information.

The same here. Some changes I've made in my reports are not being saved correctly as well. 

Is there any update about this issue?

Same issue here. Our reports are using GA4 connectors and is VERY VERY slow for my whole company (I have at least 30-40 users who needs to pull out their weekly reports.

Any updates? This is a long time for this disruption. What is the extent of the issue? How wide spread is it? Is there an expected time for a fix?

Thank you for the support and update. Appreciate the work in recovery efforts. 

In theory you can monitor the status of all the GCP services here, but for some reason it is not reflecting the current issue with Studio. It should be working for most people now but I believe there is some background work continuing.

Just to update - this issue seems to be affecting primarily users in South America. There has been some work to mitigate the issue, and there is further planned work which will hopefully fix it - this should be done over the course of the next few hours.

We are located in Canada and we had the issue. Looker Studio is still slow but my users are reporting me that they saw an improvement.
