Estou trabalhando com 2 dashboards muito pesados, que estão lentos demais.
Eu gostaria de saber se eu criar um projeto novo dedicado para ele no Google Cloud, esses Dash ficarão mais rápidos?

I don't think a dedicated project would make much of a difference. Have you checked the steps in the Improve Looker Studio performance article?
