I have removed any universal analytics connectors, but I still get this message. How can I remove it? "This report uses data from Universal Analytics. After July 1, 2024, charts with data from any UA property will return no data. If you haven't already, make the switch to Google Analytics 4"
Solved! Go to Solution.
I see that this bug has been resolved!
9:00am Japan time I DL'd the report connected to GA4 and there was no warning!
Hi,
can you goto Resource -> Manage Added Datasources and remove any existing UA datasources there
and refresh the report, it solved my same issue

Hello.
I tried the same method, but the warning is still displayed in the download PDF...
I think the problem is that it should appear only in the UA connection report, but it also appears in the GA4 connection report.
Thanks for this, when I remove all the Google data connectors for Analytics, you a right the warning goes away. But, when I connect it to a GA4 account the warning about Universal analytics comes back again. Even though I am connecting to a GA4 account/property. Anyone else having this same issue? I need to have the GA4 data in my reports.
I found if I remove all the Google Analytics connectors and then use a 3rd party connector to connect to GA4, it works fine and removes the warning sign. It is a lot of work if you have 100s of reports to do, so I will be waiting and hoping that Google's connector will remove that warning message after the deadline.
I had a suspicion: Looker might be failing to recognize the link between the old UA property and the new GA4 property that could be created when migrating to GA4.
However, my domain never had Universal Anlaytics, only GA4.
The message is still displayed permanently and unfortunately also exported.
I think this is a bug that Google will hopefully fix quickly.
Yes, encountering the same issue. Definitely think it's a bug. Or perhaps a global notice they'll remove by 7/1 (hopefully)!

Seems to be happening today 9/9/24, never happened before today.
On the Manage Sources panel we have "All Web Site Data" selected
That looks like a universal Analytics data source.
All Web Site Data was the default for universal Analytics.
Have you tried making a new data source connection and making sure it is a GA4 property?
