Remove dimension totals & scroll buttons

I think I've got the right name for these report elements, but here's what I want to remove:

You need to go on the Setup tab of the table chart configuration, in the "Number of rows" section, switch to Top N option and select a high number of rows with the "per page" drop down menu.
