Resolving User Access Issues in Looker Studio Dashboard

We have enabled private access for users through email-based authentication in the Looker Studio dashboard. This setup ensures that users can only view their own data, with all other users' data being protected.

However, Looker Studio requires users to grant permission to authorize third-party cookies to view their email. If users grant this permission, they can access the dashboard without any issues. Unfortunately, if they deny the permission, even accidentally, we currently have no way to reset the authorization prompt for them.

As a result, over 5% of users are currently unable to access the dashboard and their data. Could you please advise on how we might reset these authorization pop-ups for specific users or manually resend the permission request?

Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards,
Rohan

Have you tried removing the user from sharing, then adding them back in?

We have provisioned access via an open link. However, users can only view the dashboard if their email is on an externally managed authorized list. Given this setup, I'm unsure how the proposed approach would function.
