Scheduled email delivery suddenly not working

Hi! I've had a dashboard sent to people within and outside our organization. We have all been continuously receiving these emails for the last year. It suddenly stopped working one day for people outside our organization, and we can't seem to get it working again. I was able to get it working for 2 out of 6 people outside the organization (all with the same external email domain) but not for the others. Does anyone have any ideas why this might be?

Steps Taken:

  • Cleared cookies and cache
  • Deleted and recreated delivery multiple times
  • Tried delivery with different file types (PDF, CSV, PNG)
    • No one outside the organization could receive the PDF or PNG. Only the 2 people mentioned above would receive the CSV.

Sadly, no luck. I ended up sending reports via a different method (Slack) 

Almost all of my reports have stopped sending since the weekend.  Manual sending is not really an option.  Is there an update from Google on this?

I have the same issue. Is there a new limitation for scheduled emails? Because it worked again after I stopped it for a week, but then it stopped working on Sunday again. Always on Sunday??

Several users are experiencing this same issue with scheduled reports. The best way to get Google's attention is to vote for the issue in the official issue tracker.

As @KBAUS explained in other thread, I rescheduled my reports with other sender a week ago and it's been working since then!

My old scheduled reports resumed working yesterday as if nothing ever happened. Hope the same for all of you!

+1 Issue started Sun Dec 9 - all reports stopped sending, "Send Now" gets "Unable to send" error message. Transferred reports to other users and problem was resolved but that is not a sustainable fix.

+1 Same problem here, also, when I clicked 'send now' manually, it did not work and through inspect, it says I requested too many times.
