Source - Data Extract - Can't manually update refresh

Hi

 

I've noticed that the UI for scheduling a data extract from my google sheets source has changed today, and I don't seem to be able to manually fire the extract refresh anymore. The 'Save and extract' is greyed out. If i switch off 'Auto update' it remains greyed out.  Any amendments to day, time of schedule doesn't change this, either:

Anyone come across this problem themselves?

I am facing the same error. But i found a temporary fix. Just add a dummy metric and remove it and it allows you to extract.

The same issue by me. 

The temporary fix works only for refresh & extract, but it does not allow you to change the schedule time..

nope, I am facing still the same issue.

Same issue for me, can't select the time the extract runs

@servin and @pedropaiva, try to edit the css of the button, removing all disable classes and disable attribute, worked for me, same seen that is a bizarre way to solve

I haven't found any fix for it. But it automatically fixes in a few hours.

Hey im also facing same issue and even after adding dummy metric unable to extract data and getting error as failed to extract data. schedule time also not getting updated. looker needs to fix this soon. 

In addition to this problem, does anyone else face an issue with adding filters in the extract data connector, receiving the msg "claim report is broken", but actually the filter works?
Also, can anyone help me understand why when you apply the "or" conditional statement, the filter is invalid but still working?

I am concerned that this thread is marked "Solved" when it isn't 

Does that mean any google experts are not likely to look at it ?

same here, Is Google aware of the bug in the data extract? It's been a long time but there is no change from the Google team

looker pro subscription users can raise case regarding this and get update from them.

I have a looker pro subscription but unfortunately that doesn't include any additional support - it just gives you the option to pay for support. I have contacted the upstream reseller who I pay the subscription through and they have offered to log a case with google support. let's hope that works ...
