The "Create" button in Looker Studio is not working.
The non-functional buttons are located in the upper left corner of both the Reports tab and Data Sources tab.
The "Blank Report" button and the center button on the Reports tab are working correctly.
Once one or more reports or data sources are added, this button disappears, making it impossible to add new data sources.
My environment details:

I don't understand what's causing this problem, but given that it affects users in different countries with various system setups, I hope Google will prioritize fixing it soon. It's significantly limiting our ability to create new data sources in Looker Studio.

Hi, I checked now and problem still exist... In Firefox and Chrome.
I can't add new data sources.
Maybe is any direct link to add new data like:

Link on button still doesn't work, but I find simple solution, You can add new Data Source by link: https://lookerstudio.google.com/u/0/datasources
or https://lookerstudio.google.com/datasources

0 - number of logged user (If you are logged to more than one Google account).
